What happens if I am not home during the delivery day?

If you are not present at your home at the delivery day, we make you inform through call, email, fax and all the available medium of communication. Finally the product is delivered at your desired address from where you can collect your parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The average time period is as follow-
IN SOUTH AFRICA OVERNIGHT- 24 hours
Overseas - 10 to 12 days

What if I want to place a special order according to my requirements?

You need to make a pre- order so that we can make the required modifications in your order. Note: if you also order stock items along with your special order, we will wait until all items are received before shipping them together

Why do I need a password?
